I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The large and pristine rooms, comfy bed, beautiful beach, good restaurant, and pleasant staff all made it a great place to stay. However, the room I was assigned wasn't quite ready upon my arrival, and the rooms are a bit tiny with hardly any room for even my luggage.

I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The rooms were excellent with exceptional views and a private deck. The bed was incredibly comfortable, thanks to the thick topper, even though it took a while to prepare. The size of the room was a little small, but that was perfectly fine for me.

The hotel offers comfortable and clean rooms with great air conditioning, but lacks chairs on the balcony. The service varies from extremely arrogant and rude to courteous and helpful. The location is convenient to stores and restaurants, with some cleanliness issues in the morning. The dining experience is average, with limited breakfast options. Overall, the hotel provides good value for the price paid.

The service was exceptional, from the friendly staff members like Audrey and Fernando to the efficient housekeeping and valet parking services. The location was perfect for beach access and exploring Miami, although there were some cleanliness issues in the outdoor areas. The dining experience was a bit underwhelming, with limited options, but the facilities were top-notch.
